order. All checks and money
orders are payable to the Norfolk General District Court, Civil with the exception of: Secretary of the Commonwealth, DMV, State Corporation
Commission & the Sheriff in Virginia Beach. If one of these fees apply to the exceptions, make the
service fee check payable to that entity and the filing fee check
payable to the court.
