The Department of Facility and Enterprise Management, through
sound fiscal and management initiatives, provides support to the agencies of the City and to the citizens who
utilize City facilities and services. The department activities support the vision of the City Council and

CORE SERVICES
Facilities and Enterprise Management oversees 162 public buildings and parking facilities. The
division also manages and operates the City’s fleet service, surplus City-owned property and general property leases.
