Emergency Operations Center- The Office of Emergency Preparedness and Response ensures that citizens and employees are provided with awareness and emergency preparedness information in an effort to minimize the potential for loss of life and property. During a large-scale emergency, the Center activates communications channels to keep residents, workers and businesses posted about the emergency and any action people should take to minimize the impact of the storm or other emergency.

(Automated Community Care Eligibility Screening System) A quick, easy, and confidential way to determine if you are eligible for any of the Benefit Programs and Services that we offer.  Before you visit one of our locations, save time and verify if you can receive help with: Auxiliary Grants, Child Daycare, Emergency Assistance, Energy Assistance, FAMIS, Food Stamps, General Relief, Lifeline, Medicaid, Refugee Resettlement Program, State, and Local Hospitalization, Temporary Assistance for Needy families, and other programs.
