Screening is available for the following benefits: •  Auxiliary Grants  •  Child Daycare   •  Emergency Assistance •  Energy Assistance   •  FAMIS    •  SNAP (formerly Food Stamps)  •  General Relief •  Lifeline  •  Medicaid  •  Refugee Resettlement Program •  Temporary Assistance for Needy Families  The screening process takes approximately 15 minutes. Just answer the questions as best you can to see if you may be eligible for any of the benefits listed above. No personal information will be saved. To determine if you are eligible for public assistance, you must fill out an application at a Department of Human Services Office.
