The City of Norfolk has transitioned to a new automated
personnel requisition and applicant management system.
This system is one key feature of Human Resources’ WIN
(Work in Norfolk) initiative. It will provide improved
management and tracking during the entire recruitment
process and enhanced on-line application services.
Human Resources has also
opened a new employment center at 520 E. Main Street.
Those interested in using this facility to apply for
employment with the City of Norfolk may do so Monday-Friday
8:00am-4:30pm
