Norfolk Arts (formerly Cultural Affairs) is dedicated to making Norfolk a nationally recognized arts and cultural destination providing extraordinary moments by extraordinary people.
We foster the development of Norfolk’s non-profit arts sector through
grants by the Arts and Humanities Commission.

Norfolk Arts manages the Public Art Program, the Offsite Gallery, the Transit Gallery 
and the Norfolk Commission on the Arts and Humanities.
