Our Department
The Department is proud to be among one of the oldest career fire departments in
the United States while simultaneously leading the nation in the
delivery of unique, cutting edge emergency services. NFR responds
to more that 39,000 emergency calls annually, including 15,000 fire
and 24,000 EMS incidents.
Our
Department continues to earn the trust and respect of the public by
leading a proactive, innovative, team centered organization with the
best interests of the community serving as our guidepost.
The
