The Home Rehabilitation and Resource
Center (HRRC)
assists eligible disabled, elderly and other homeowners of limited
means in the maintenance of their properties before they are in need
of repair, and connects those homeowners whose properties are in
disrepair with agencies or programs that may have the resources to
address their needs.
