The Ocean View Project Team (OVPT) office provides a wealth of resourceful information about the City of Norfolk and various services offered to residents living in the Hampton Roads area.  The northern portion of the city serves an extensive number of transient military families and new residential development areas that are constantly in need of information and referrals.

Citizens may file property maintenance and nuisance issues and voice neighborhood livability concerns.  Those complaints are forwarded to the appropriate department for abatement. The OVPT fields more than 3000 referrals each year.
