in effect at all
parking facilities on Friday and Saturday, from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.;

Parking is available in over 9,000 spaces in downtown facilities
after 6 p.m. on weekdays and on weekends, and is easily accessible
via primary streets outside the construction zones. To help
motorists plan their route into and out of Norfolk, the City
