The Parking
Customer Service Center is located at 222 East Main
Street - across from the Marriott Convention Center entrance. The Parking Customer Service Center is
a “one-stop shop” handling all parking financial transactions
including: monthly parking, Meter ParkCard sales, meter permits, parking ticket
payments and
parking for short-term special events. Office hours are
7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

The
Administrative Office
of the Division of Parking is located on the second floor of the
Main Street Garage. Office hours are 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.,
Monday through Friday.
