Harbor Park is proud to be the home of
the Norfolk Tides, the Triple-A Affiliate of the Baltimore
Orioles baseball team.
Nestled
on the Elizabeth River, the 12,067 seat stadium boasts 20 luxury
suites, press facilities, including two TV broadcasting booths, and
a 300-seat restaurant. Harbor Park also features a complete
picnic area for private parties, as well as an exceptional variety
of concession food and beverages for stadium guests.

Directions:
From I-264
West (Va. Beach) - Take either the Brambleton Avenue or
Claiborne Avenue exit to Park Avenue. Follow Park
Avenue to Harbor Park parking lots.
From
Campostella Bridge/Brambleton Avenue - Take
Brambleton Avenue to Park Avenue. Follow Park Avenue to Harbor Park parking
lots.
From
Downtown Tunnel/Berkley Bridge or Tidewater Drive North - Take
the City Hall Avenue exit to the St. Paul’s Boulevard/Union
Street intersection and turn left onto Union Street. Follow
Union Street to Harbor Park parking lots.
From Tidewater
Drive South - Take Holt Street to Park Avenue.
Follow Park Avenue
to Harbor Park parking lots.
From
southern Norfolk up Granby Street - Take
Monticello Avenue to St. Paul's Boulevard and turn
right. Turn left onto Union Street. Follow
Union Street to Harbor Park parking lots.
From
Hampton Boulevard/western Norfolk corridors
- Take Waterside Drive to the Water Street/St.
Paul’s Boulevard intersection and turn right on to Water
Street. Follow Water Street to Harbor Park parking
lots.

Parking
Information and Traffic Flow:
To facilitate traffic flow, staff
will be on site to assist with parking direction and space location.
Vehicles will be directed to designated lots based on their entry
location. Lots will be parked back to front to facilitate
traffic flow.
Vehicles
entering Harbor Park from Park Avenue will be directed
to park in Lots D and E.
Vehicles
entering from Union Street will first be directed to
park in Lots C and F. Once these lots are full, patrons will
be directed to park in the City Hall North Garage and City Hall
South Garage.
Vehicles
entering from Water Street will first be directed to
park in Lots F and G. Once these lots are full, patrons will
be directed to park in City Hall North Garage and City Hall South
Garage.
Holders
of parking passes for Lots A and B will be directed to
these lots regardless of their entry location.
On some high attendance day and
night games, all Harbor Park lots and nearby garages will fill.
Overflow traffic will be directed to the Dominion Tower
Garage off Water Street, the Downtown Plaza Lot off St. Paul’s Boulevard;
and the Waterside Garage off Waterside Drive. Patrons are
advised to come early to avoid traffic congestion.

Bus Parking:
Bus parking for Tides games is
available on Lots D and F.

Tailgating Information:
As
information, Harbor Park does permit patrons to gather
together on the grassy areas adjacent to Lot C to consume prepared
foods; with the exclusion of alcohol, cooking on open flames, and use of
parking spaces for chairs, tables, etc. Patrons may gather there if the
number of people is adequate for the space – i.e. not overflowing into
the parking lot or spaces, and not interfering with traffic flow.
Violators will be subject to the appropriate penalties.
