From the North: Take I-64 to I-264 West.  Take the City Hall Avenue exit.  Turn right on St. Paul's Boulevard.  Turn left on Brambleton Avenue.  Turn right on Granby Street.  Turn right on Starke Street.  The entrance to the Starke Street Lot is on the right.
