NightTime Monthly Parking
The City of Norfolk Division of Parking offers special rates for nighttime employees downtown. Starting as low as $1 a day you can enjoy the privilege and security of parking in a City-owned parking garage or surface lot. Monthly rates are available for evening employees ranging from $20-$34 per month, depending on location. Safe, convenient and affordable parking is always available.
