Special Event Parking

Norfolk is home to unique attractions and hosts year-round festivals and special events along the waterfront.  In order to accommodate convenient entry and exit from parking facilities at special events, the Parking Division operates collect-on-entry payment. 

Special Event Parking Rates*:

• $5.00 per vehicle at all Norfolk-owned parking facilities (garages and lots)

• $2.00 per vehicle at MacArthur Center North & South Garages

*These rates are in effect for such events as Afr' Am Festival, Harborfest, Bayou Boogaloo, Grand Illumination Parade, Wine Festival, Norfolk Admirals hockey games, Norfolk Tide's baseball games and Virginia Symphony performances.
