"Early Bird" Parking to Grand Illumination Parade Attendees
Be an "Early Bird"
and enjoy a great deal!
On Saturday,
November 21, from 3 to 5 p.m., park for $1 upon entry at all
city-owned, attendant-operated parking facilities in downtown
Norfolk. Then enjoy the Grand Illumination Parade, which
starts at 7 p.m.

Light Rail and Downtown Construction
Parking is available in over 9,000 spaces in downtown facilities
after 6 p.m. on weekdays and on weekends, and is easily accessible
via primary streets outside the construction zones. To help
motorists plan their route into and out of Norfolk, the City
