(One-Family).

conditions/privacy fence may remain as is from the front corner of the
single family dwelling, but once it clears the side yard steps, it must
comply with the 10 ft. setback in accordance with Section 13-6.3)

from the regulations of the Zoning
Ordinance of the City of Norfolk, 1992,
as amended, to permit an addition without complying with the finished
floor elevation requirements in violation of Section 11-3.16 and a second
addition in the side yard in violation of Section 4-4.5 and Table 4A; premises
numbered 1320 Windsor Point Road and zoned R-4 (One-Family).
