Board of Building Code Appeals

The Board of Building Code Appeals is appointed by City Council to consider appeals related to the building code, as regulated by the Virginia Uniform Statewide Building Code (UBSC). 

The Board of Building Code Appeals meets the third (3^rd) Wednesday of every month at 10:00 a.m. in the Council Chambers, 11^th Floor, City Hall Building.  For additional information, contact the Code Official at 757-664-6565.
