Project Description: This new complex will house the General District, Circuit, and Juvenile and Domestic Relations Courts. The first building will be constructed next to St. Pauls Blvd. Then, the current General District Courts portion of the Public Safety building will be demolished to make way for a new facility. This state-of-the-art courts facility will be a LEED-certified (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) 'green building.' This project will be constructed in multiple phases.
