Project Description: This project will install a traffic signal on Lowery Road at the entrances to Farm Fresh and Walmart. Lowery Road between Kempsville Road and Military Highway will also be repaved. Project Status: Construction Project Cost: $400,000 Completion Date: Winter 2012 Project Manager: Heather Robinson Neighborhoods Affected: Lake Taylor Location: Lowery Road between Farm Fresh and Walmart Traffic Notes: Some single lane closures on Lowery Road will occur. Major traffic pattern changes are not expected until after Easter weekend (April 8). |
