Project Description: Virginia Beach Boulevard between Ballentine Boulevard and Tidewater Drive will be rehabilitated. The worst portions of the roadway will have the underlying concrete repaired, then asphalt will be laid over the top of the concrete. This will greatly reduce the number of potholes and cracks in the roadway, making the Boulevard a smoother drive. ADA ramps and crosswalks will also be installed. To reduce the disruption to traffic patterns, only parts of lanes will be closed
