This the third underpass to be rehabilitated in the city. Work under this project consists of pavement rehabilitation,
concrete overlay, asphalt overlay concrete pavement, median
replacement, new lighting systems, and painting of concrete
surfaces. The underpass will be similar in appearance to the Monticello Avenue and Brambleton Avenue underpasses.
