JOB ORDER REQUESTS
The Department
of Public Works cares about the community and we know you
care too. We would like you to help us preserve and enhance
the quality of life in Norfolk by reporting any sites/public
infrastructures such as sidewalks, streets, pavement
markings, storm drains, traffic signals, street lights, City
buildings (i.e. graffiti), etc. that are in need
of repair or require the attention of the Department of
Public
Works.
You can help us by submitting a Job Order Request! Just click
on the address provided below. When submitting a Job Order Request,
please make sure you include your name, home address, phone number,
email address, the exact location (including street names,
block numbers, etc.), and any photographs you may have of the area
in need of service.
