Requirements:

To receive notification of City procurements, businesses should register with Vendor Self Service System. The link is on the left titled “Vendor Registration Link.”

You many also register by completing the form provided in the link titled “W-9 Form.”

Procedure:

Notices of bids and Requests for Proposals (RFP) are publicly posted in the Purchasing Office and posted on Demand Star.

Other:

Many purchases under $5,000.00 are handled directly by the individual City bureaus. Major construction is done through the Department of Public Works or the Department of Utilities.
