Requirements:
To receive notification of City procurements,
businesses should provide company name, address, and contact person
to the Purchasing Agent's office.
Procedure:
The Purchasing Agent's office will
mail a vendor registration form requesting detailed information
regarding the type of business and the commodities your business
can provide.
Notices of bids and Requests for Proposals
are publicly posted in the Purchasing Office.

Many small purchases (less than $1,000)
are handled directly by City bureaus. Major construction is done
through the Department of Public Works or the Department of Utilities.
