State Income Tax Team

The Commissioner of the Revenue's State Income Tax Team is responsible for providing assistance to Norfolk residents with Virginia State Income Tax Return preparation. This includes:

• Answering resident tax filing questions
• Assisting in resolving Department of Taxation correspondence
• Walk-in state income tax preparation
