Privacy Policy
To protect your privacy, we will answer specific questions about your account by regular
mail or telephone. Please include your mailing address and telephone number with any questions about your account.
While we can respond to general tax questions (when to file, where to file, which form to file, etc.) by E-mail, state
and federal laws require us to keep account information from our records confidential.
Because of the confidentiality requirements, we cannot respond to your questions about someone
else's account unless that person has given us written permission to release the information to you. As with inquiries on
your own account, we will answer authorized questions about another person's account by regular mail or telephone.
