Monthly Project Progress Reports

 

We need to receive monthly progress reports for your current City of Norfolk projects.  This first report should be received by your Norfolk project manager no later than 5:00 pm on the closest business day to the 25th of the month.  This report may be submitted electronically.

 

 This progress report is expected to be one or two pages in length and should include at least the following:

 

1. Project Title

2. Name of the Consultant's Project Manager

3. Name of the City's Project Manager

4. Date of Progress Report

5. List of Tasks and description of current month's progress

6. Identification of any problems, hurdles or new concerns that may affect progress

7. List of any items needed from the City

8. Brief description of plans for following month
