The Management Services
Division supports customers within the Department of Utilities and serves residents and other external
customers, as well.
This division contributes to departmental administration by
managing:

human
resources,
-
public
relations and communications,
-
special events,
-
grants
administration,
-
training,
-
legislative issues, and more.
The team members act as liaisons between the department and its
many customers, including residents, City Council, City management,
employees, funding agencies, the media, and state and federal
governments.
The division is comprised of Management Services Administrator,

Safety Specialist,
Phil
Lefevre; and Management Analyst III,
Andrew Northcutt.
