The Division of Water Quality is responsible for managing the City's reservoir
system as well as the testing of your drinking water. Water from our two treatment
plants supplies all of Norfolk, Virginia Beach, area Naval facilities, and parts of
Chesapeake.
Our main laboratory is located at the Moores
Bridges Water Treatment Plant at 6040 Waterworks Road, Norfolk, Virginia.
