Water Accounts & Customer Service

The Division of Water Accounts is responsible
for providing quality assistance to our customers by:
- Researching and resolving customer concerns and questions regarding HRUBS bills, payments, and other account information
- Confirming repairs and determining eligibility for bill adjustments
- Establishing payment arrangements and advising customers on financial assistance options
- Establishing and terminating water and wastewater services
- Completing work order field actions
- Maintaining and billing wholesale meter sites for Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, and local military installations
- Maintaining, reading and billing Norfolk residential and business customer accounts
