Start or Stop Service Water Service

  To begin receiving water service, or to turn off existing service, please call the Customer Service division at (757) 664-6700.  Our customer service hours are 7:30am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday, except holidays.

  Please give us at least 24 hour notice for service requests.  Requests for service changes received before 4:30pm will be handled the next business day.
