Fair Housing Resources

The City of Norfolk is committed to supporting fair housing issues throughout its neighborhoods. In an effort to proactively and affirmatively further fair housing, Norfolk participates as a member of the Hampton Roads Community Housing Resource Board (HRCHRB). HRCHRB is the lead entity responsible for conducting a regional analysis (Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing) that identifies barriers to fair housing and makes recommendations to remove those barriers by providing essential and detailed information to policymakers, administrative staff, and advocates of fair housing.
