Neighborhood Plans Implementation

The Bureau of Community Enrichment oversees the implementation process for for the Broad Creek, Fairmount Park, Greater Wards Corner, and Southside neighborhood plans.  These plans address economic and business development, housing, homeownership and conservation, infrastructure, public facilities and services, public safety and other issues affecting the health of the communities.
