Chris Sessoms, 2008 Hallmark Way, Chesapeake, and Roger Fabius Tucker, 912 Main Creek Road, Chesapeake, were present on behalf of this matter. Mr. Tucker clarified that the facility is only available to fraternal members and is not open to the public.
