                President Fraim read a proclamation proclaiming April 2004 as Child Abuse Prevention Month.  Jan Callaghan, Al Stewart, and Mary Walter, Department of Human Services,   Betty Wade Coyle, Prevent Child Abuse of Hampton Roads and Darlene Smith, Children’s Hospital of the King’s Daughters, received the proclamation.
