Marvin Rawls, 701 Briar Hill Road, president of the Poplar Hall Civic League, advised the civic league fully supports this application.

 

Harold L. Rayburn, 829 Roundbay Circle, expressed concern about traffic volume, heavy truck traffic, and ingress/egress.
