President Fraim presented Old Dominion University, Lady Monarch head coach, Wendy Larry with a plaque for her 500th career victory on December 9, 2006 at the Ted Constant Center by defeating Chicago 77-38.

Wendy Larry thanked the Mayor, Council and the City of Norfolk for their support throughout the years.
