Manager and an Ordinance entitled, “An Ordinance accepting and appropriating
the sum of $18,100.00 from Norfolk Festevents, Ltd., to pay for transportation
services provided to the City by the School Board of the City of Norfolk during
the visits of International Tall Ships in the spring and summer of 2007,” was
introduced in writing and read by its title.
