thanked council for the proposed Lambert’s Point Community Center.
3. Alice Allen-Grimes, 1913 North
Brandon Avenue, commented on the petition to save the Beecroft and Bull and
Decker Buildings.
4. Alton Robinson, 735 W. 35th
Street, thanked Dr. Whibley for administering the oath of office to the new
officers of the Park Place Civic League.
5. The following persons spoke in
opposition to the walk up station in the Ingleside Neighborhood, Elaine
Middleton, 815 Jasmine Avenue; Kathy Crist, 3589 Utah Avenue; Phillip Hawkins,
Jr., 3597 Mississippi Avenue; Jackie Warren, 3559 Utah Avenue; and Ryan Lowery,
3604 Kentucky Avenue.

commented on the light rail system.
