PH-1 PUBLIC HEARING scheduled this day pursuant to
action of the Council on November 20, 2007, under the State law, public notice
having been inserted in the local press by the City to hear comments on the issuance of General
Obligation Refunding Bonds.

Focus Areas.
Dr. Linda Horsey, 912 Washington Avenue, asked
Council to inspect all rental properties involved under Project Focus. Abdul Asward, 2636 Ballentine Blvd, spoke in
support of this matter. Daniel Montague,
4605 Krick Street, asked Council what rental properties are involved? Delmus Davis, 1329 Stringfellow Court,
Virginia Beach, asked Council what are the guidelines or codes for inspecting
these properties. Beverly Sexton, 348 El
Passo Avenue, said that more information should have been provided for this
application.
