proclamation proclaiming May 5-11 2008, Building Safety Week in the City of

PH-1 PUBLIC HEARING scheduled this day pursuant to
action of the Council on April 15, 2008, under the State law, public notice
having been inserted in the local press by the City Clerk on the application of
the City of Norfolk for the closing, vacating and discontinuing a
portion of 20th street at the northeast corner of 20th
Street and Llewellyn Avenue.
No one was present to speak concerning this matter.
Thereupon, an Ordinance entitled, An Ordinance closing, vacating
and discontinuing a portion of the northeast corner of 20th Street
and Llewellyn Avenue lying north of the north line of West 20th
Street, east of the new east street line of Llewellyn Avenue and southwest of
