The Customer Service Center is comprised of different areas each of which has specific functions.


Information Center


Staff at the Information Center dispense vital benefits and services program information and refer callers to our internal staff or to our community partners and/or other resources.

Call/Change Center


Call Center Customer Service Representatives are available to assist recipients of various assistance programs (such as Food Stamps, TANF, Medicaid and Child Care) who call to report household income changes, household member changes, address changes and other changes in their household circumstances. The customer service representatives also answer case specific inquiries or basic benefits and services inquiries.

Call Center Eligibility Workers are available to determine continued eligibility; to calculate levels of assistance, to add or to remove household members from benefits cases and to make other benefits changes for recipients of various assistance programs (such as Food Stamps, TANF, Medicaid and Child Care who call the Call Center #664-3300 to report changes in their household circumstances.

Verifications Imaging Support Center


Staff at the Verifications Imaging Support Center electronically attach documents and verifications to our recipient’s electronic case records.
