The Fatherhood Development Group brings fathers of all ages together to share their stories and support one another while gaining new insight into the challenges of responsible parenting.

Foster Care & Adoption
Adopt a child or become a foster family.

Homeless Action & Response Team (HART)
The HART Team is comprised of Human Services professionals whose mission is to develop processes, community partnerships, and strategies to help end homelessness in the City of Norfolk.

Independent Living Program
The Independent Living Program (ILP) assists foster care youth ages 14-21 in developing the necessary skills to make the transition from foster care to adulthood.

Prevention Services
Prevention services are voluntary services offered to strengthen families and improve child well-being.
