2015 Green Reader Program
Sign-up as a Volunteer Reader for the Annual Green Reader Program
March 1 - March 31, 2015!

For over a decade, the Green Reader program has served to help students develop a better understanding of the role they play in keeping the City of Norfolk clean and beautiful. In addition, the program guides these youth toward environmental stewardship in their respective communities. This year, KNB will be dedicating the Green Reader program to students in grades K - 3rd at the following schools:

Campostella / BECCC Chesterfield Academy
Jacox James Monroe
Lindenwood Norview
P.B. Young Richard Bowling
St. Helena Tidewater Park

The Green Reader Program is currently recruiting volunteers for its 2015 outreach!
       
  • Each Green Reader will share eco-friendly books with K through 3rd grade students.
  • Volunteers should sign up for the program no later than Wednesday, February 11, 2015. 
  • Participants can sign up for as many classes as desired.
