General Information
To meet the parking needs of downtown workers, residents, students, shoppers, and tourists, the City of Norfolk's Parking Division operates and maintains the City's parking system. City parking garages, except MacArthur Center and City Hall South, are fully automated.

This includes approximately 20,000 public parking spaces located in 15 garages, nine lots and over 700 on-street spaces. Safe, convenient and affordable parking is provided to all patrons through the efficient management of the City's parking resources. Find out how Norfolk's parking system works for you.

Customer Service Center
Visit Parking’s E-Business site or the Parking Customer Service Center, located at 222 E. Main Street in downtown Norfolk, to handle all of your parking needs including monthly parking, residential parking, Meter ParkCards, meter permits, parking tickets, valet permits, and short-term/temporary parking.

Cash, check and credit cards (MC, VISA, DISCOVER and AMEX) are accepted as payment for parking financial transactions. Credit cards are also accepted at all parking garages.

Only cash, credit cards and money orders are accepted for payment on any returned check fee. View a map or get directions to the CSC. Contact the CSC at 757-664-6222.
