Valet Parking Permits
Offering Valet at Your Venue
With the emergence of restaurant and entertainment venues in the downtown area, demand for valet parking has increased. Download the Valet Parking Permit Policies and Regulations, which outlines the policies and regulations pertaining to valet operations in the City of Norfolk.

No person, company or entity, may engage in the business of offering and providing valet-parking services within the City without first having obtained a permit from the City. A permit may be issued by and at the sole discretion of the City, under the procedures outlined in Policies and Regulations
