Katie Kitchen, the city’s Director of the Office to End Homelessness, said the involvement of the faith-based community is essential to the success of Norfolk’s effort to end homelessness. During a luncheon presentation, Kitchen called on the religious leaders to join the “Faith Partnership” – Mayor Paul Fraim’s latest initiative to end homelessness in the city.
