Neighborhood Centers are part of the Department of Neighborhood Preservation, Bureau of Community Outreach. Each year the centers serve over 200,000 people. Centers offer an array of people-oriented services including community outreach, health , educational, recreational and social programs at a local level.

Neighborhood Centers currently provide a variety of services and resources to Norfolk residents. Customers receive convenient access to services and are provided with a customer-friendly environment.
