The Division of Parking is offering a free exchange for a new smart card that is compatible with the new meters. Bring your current smart card to Parking’s Customer Service Center at 222 E. Main Street.

There’s plenty of reasons to Park Happy in the City of Norfolk

  • FREE two-hour enforced metered parking throughout downtown on Saturdays, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • FREE metered parking after 6 p.m. daily, and all day Sunday
  • FREE two-hour enforced parking within the Arts and Design District
  • Daytime monthly parking pass hours extended until 9 p.m.
  • Special event collect-on-entry parking accepts cash AND credit cards
