Parking is available in over 9,000 spaces in downtown facilities
after 6 p.m. on weekdays and on weekends, and is easily accessible
via primary streets outside the construction zones. To help
motorists plan their route into and out of Norfolk, the City

Amtrak Stop at
Cedar Grove Lot
Amtrak’s Norfolk thruway bus
shuttle service stop has been temporarily relocated to Cedar Grove
Lot. For directions and information about Cedar Grove Lot,

A $2.95 processing fee is applicable for each citation paid.
Payments can also be mailed, paid in person or placed in the
drop box at Norfolk's City Hall or Parking's Customer Service Center (CSC) located at 222 E.
Main St. in Downtown Norfolk, operating weekdays 7:30 a.m. to 5:30
p.m. Citations may also be paid by phone by calling
1-866-425-3269, Norfolk Agency Code: 1563. Payment
by: MC, VISA or AMEX. Please click

balances related to

Meter ParkCards are now a vailable for $10 or $20 at Parking's Customer Service Center, located at 222 E. Main Street
in Downtown Norfolk. Convenient

Norfolk's Parking Customer Service Center (CSC), located at 222 E. Main Street
in Downtown Norfolk. Cash, check and
credit cards (MC,
VISA
and
AMEX) are excepted as payment for
monthly parking and other parking services. Credit cards are
also accepted at most parking facilities (excluding MacArthur
Center Garages), and at Cedar Grove
Lot for cruise
ship parking.
Only
cash, credit cards and money orders are accepted for payment of
any returned check.
