The study approach is divided into four phases:
We will work with residents, businesses, property owners, churches, schools, other interested stakeholders, and the general public through a series of open house workshops, to develop a shared vision for the area.
Study Area Saint Paul's Quadrant is defined as follows: Saint Paul's Boulevard on the west, Brambleton Avenue on the north, Tidewater Drive on the east, and City Hall Avenue on the south. Study Area Map
Study Schedule There will be opportunities in the plan development process for citizens to provide comments and share opinions. Please check the website often for meeting notifications and updates to the schedule.
